The High-Level Steering Co
mmittee of the Global SDG Synthesis Coalition composed of 8 countries (Denmark, Lithuania, Malawi, Norway, Panama, Philippines, Spain, and the United Kingdom) together with UNDP’s and UNICEF’s Evaluation Offices engaged partners and funders at a breakfast event on the margins of the 2023 SDG Summit. The Coalition presented its vision to new partners, updated existing partners on the steps ahead, to explore new avenues for collaboration in accelerating progress toward the SDGs.
Over 100 partners and donors attended the event. They were welcomed by Mr. Haoliang Xu, Under-Secretary-General and UNDP Associate Administrator, and has as Keynote speaker Ms. Ulrika Modéer, Assistant Secretary General – Director of UNDP Bureau of External Relations and Advocacy.
